Coal catalytic gasification is an advanced third generation gasification technology, which is one of the most effective ways to clean coal and utilize it efficiently. The technology uses a pressurized catalyst in one step synthesis of coal based natural gas fluidized bed gasification furnace, different from the traditional coal gas technology, the technology through optimization of catalytic reaction process, realized in a pressurized fluidized reactor in catalytic reaction three (gasification, shift and methanation), and coal (or other carbonaceous materials), steam and catalyst can produce synthetic gas in a single reactor.
